Alexandros Maganiotis’ work consists of hand drawn compositions that comment on the current geopolitical tension, the anxiety of immigration and the consequences of globalization. Pressured by his refusal to accept a forced immigration to Germany, the artist created collages fusing together objects and things that construct, respectively the Greek and German identity and stereotypes.
